About the role

The OpportunityBecome the first Property Manager in our growing South Brisbane office and help build a thriving property management division from the ground up. Working alongside an experienced Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in growing the rent roll while taking ownership of the day-to-day management of the portfolio. Unlike many property management roles, you'll enjoy genuine end-to-end exposure across the full property lifecycle, from leasing and field activities through to portfolio management, inspections and client relationships.Your Day-to-DayManage a growing property portfolio, all within close proximity of the South Brisbane office.Build trusted relationships with landlords and tenants through exceptional customer service and communication.Manage maintenance, repairs, arrears and lease renewals.Conduct entry, exit and routine inspections, along with leasing activities.Prepare Tribunal documentation and attend hearings where required.Work collaboratively with a supportive and high-performing team committed to delivering outstanding results.Work core hours Monday to Friday, with Saturday availability required for open home inspections.Who We're Looking ForA current Queensland Salesperson Registration.1-3 years' experience as a Property Manager, Leasing Agent or Field Agent.A current Queensland Driver Licence.Exceptional organisation and time management skills.Experience using cloud-based software, preferably PropertyMe.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.A genuine passion for property management, people and delivering exceptional service.
