About the role

RE/MAX Revolution is looking for a driven Sales Associate to join the Hunt Property Sisters Team at our Pimpama office, working directly alongside co-Principals Eiles and Brittany Hunt, who bring over 35 years of combined real estate experience to the business. This is a genuine growth opportunity for someone who wants to learn from two of the region's most respected agents while building the foundations of their own real estate career.The OpportunityYou'll support the team across prospecting, buyer nurturing and open homes, working an existing database while being mentored towards running your own patch as an agent or co-agent. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting for new business opportunities to help build your future patch and pipeline.Nurturing and following up buyer enquiries to keep prospective purchasers engaged through the sales process.Supporting open homes, helping present properties professionally to prospective buyers.Attending photography appointments to help coordinate marketing campaigns for listings.Attending building and pest inspections on behalf of clients throughout the sales process.Attending pre-settlement inspections to help ensure a smooth handover for buyers.Working an existing database, nurturing warm leads and relationships already established by the Hunt Property Sisters Team.Supporting co-Principals Eiles and Brittany Hunt across day-to-day sales activities as you build towards running your own listings.

Requirements & Skills

Current Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain one) as required in QueenslandCompletion of relevant CPD trainingExperience with CRM systems, ideally Vault and RiTA, or willingness to learnStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated and driven with a resilient approach to salesAbility to work flexible hours including Saturday open homes depending on listing volumeSome real estate experience preferred, or a strong drive to build a career in real estate
