Key Responsibilities

Prospect and build strong relationships with potential sellers, buyers and local clientsGenerate new business through prospecting, networking and database managementConduct property appraisals, listing presentations and buyer appointmentsAssist with and conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer follow-upManage buyer enquiries and maintain regular communication throughout the sales processNegotiate offers and assist in progressing transactions through to settlementMaintain accurate client and property information within the CRMDevelop strong knowledge of the Northern Gold Coast property marketDeliver a high level of customer service and represent the Belle Property brand professionallyWork collaboratively with our sales, administration and marketing teams

Requirements & Skills

Current QLD Real Estate Registration CertificateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, professional and personable approachSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeedExcellent relationship-building and customer service skillsAbility to prospect, follow up and confidently communicate with potential clientsStrong organisation and time-management skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environmentHigh attention to detail and professional presentationGood computer skills and ability to learn CRM and real estate systemsLocal knowledge of the Northern Gold Coast area would be advantageousCurrent driver's licence and reliable vehicleA positive attitude and genuine desire to build a successful long-term career in real estate
