McGrath North Lakes is looking for an enthusiastic Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning team in the heart of the Moreton Bay Region.The OpportunityYou'll manage and oversee a portfolio of properties, supported by a field property manager, leasing consultant and dedicated admin team. The role is predominantly office-based, focusing on maintenance coordination and owner communication, with some field work such as vacates. Key Responsibilities

Managing and overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring each owner and tenant receives a high standard of service.Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising directly with property owners to keep them informed and satisfied.Conducting property vacates and other field-based tasks as required, working alongside the team's field Property Manager.Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and other stakeholders to support long-term client retention.Using Reapit PM and Reapit Letting software to manage day-to-day property management administration and workflows.Working closely with a leasing consultant and dedicated admin support to ensure smooth handling of the portfolio.Upholding the agency's high ethical standards and systemised processes across all property management tasks.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 12 months experience in a property management role.Current Registration Certificate in Real Estate (or actively working towards obtaining one).Current Australian driver's licence.Full permission to work in Australia.Resident of the Brisbane Northside or Moreton Bay region.Experience with Reapit PM and Reapit Letting or similar property management software is highly regarded.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with owners and tenants.Enthusiasm, accountability and a great attitude.

The ideal candidate

An enthusiastic, accountable Property Manager or experienced Assistant Property Manager with at least 12 months' property management experience, a Registration Certificate in Real Estate, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service to owners and tenants.
