We're now looking for a true Bellarine Peninsula local to become our trusted authority across Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove, Point Lonsdale, Queenscliff, Portarlington, Drysdale and the surrounding townships.This role is ideal for an experienced property professional who lives on the Bellarine, understands its micro markets and lifestyle nuances, and thrives on building strong relationships. You'll work with a diverse range of clients including first home buyers, families, lifestyle seekers, downsizers and investors, helping them navigate the local market with confidence and genuine local insight, all while working closely with our Founders and Partner level buyer's agents.What You'll DoEngage with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored acquisition strategies.Search for, assess and source on market, off market and pre market opportunities across the Bellarine.Conduct property and market analysis, prepare due diligence reports and provide strategic advice.Attend open homes, private inspections, auctions and final inspections as required.Build and maintain strong relationships with local selling agents and property professionals.Key Responsibilities
Engaging with clients to understand their property goals and developing tailored acquisition strategies to suit their needs.Searching for, assessing and sourcing on market, off market and pre market property opportunities across the Bellarine Peninsula.Conducting detailed property and market analysis, preparing due diligence reports and providing clear strategic advice to clients.Attending open homes, private inspections, auctions and final inspections as required, including on weekends when needed.Capturing and delivering high quality property walkthrough videos for clients to review remotely.Building and maintaining strong relationships with local selling agents and other property professionals across the Bellarine.Developing a deep pipeline of local opportunities through genuine, long term relationships with the local community and industry contacts.Staying across local market movements, planning and zoning changes, development activity and suburb specific insights.Helping clients understand the lifestyle and practical differences between the Bellarine's townships and individual pockets.Maintaining accurate CRM records covering client briefs, opportunities, inspections and ongoing activity.Requirements & Skills
Genuine local connection to and residence on the Bellarine Peninsula, with exceptional knowledge of its towns, neighbourhoods, streets and lifestyle offerings.Licensed real estate professional with at least two years of experience in real estate, property acquisition or property investment.Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build trust and manage client relationships.Excellent attention to detail, strong time management and a solutions focused mindset.Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively.Confident using digital tools, including Google Workspace, CRM platforms and property portals.Reliable vehicle and a current driver's licence.Availability for weekend inspections when required.The ideal candidate
