The OpportunityA great opportunity has opened up for an experienced Senior Property Manager to take the reins of a well-established 140-property portfolio in Banyo. This desk-based role is ideal for a property management professional who wants to work autonomously, without the pressure of routine inspections, landlord growth targets or after-hours open homes, all of which are managed by a dedicated out-of-office Property Manager.You'll be trusted to run the day-to-day operations of the portfolio, from lease renewals through to compliance and maintenance coordination, within a small, easygoing property management department of just two. Key Responsibilities

3+ years experience as a Property Manager preferredCurrent Certificate of Registration requiredExperience using PropertyMe preferredStrong understanding of lease renewals and compliance requirementsAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervisionExcellent communication skills for handling walk-in enquiriesTrust accounting knowledge considered a bonus but not essentialThe ideal candidate
An experienced Property Manager with 3+ years in the industry, ideally with PropertyMe experience, who is comfortable working autonomously and taking full ownership of a portfolio without close supervision.
