About the role

Laing+Simmons Quakers Hill is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our collaborative team. We're looking for someone with a passion for real estate and a basic understanding of the sales process, or the willingness to learn. With strong support, extensive training, and external development programs, this is an opportunity to grow and succeed together.The OpportunityThis is a structured associate role supporting an experienced lead agent, with a clear pathway to progress into a standalone sales role as you build your skills and track record.What You'll DoProspect across databases and new leads to generate opportunities for the team.Support open homes and private inspections, following up with buyers in a timely manner.Assist with property appraisals and listing preparation alongside the lead agent.Attend photography, inspections, valuations, and auction days as part of the sales process.Manage buyer enquiries and qualify prospective purchasers.What You'll BringCurrent Certificate of Registration (minimum requirement).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, organised, and detail-focused.Basic knowledge of real estate processes.Valid driver's licence and reliable car.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting across databases and new leads to generate opportunities for the team.Supporting open homes and private inspections, following up with buyers in a timely manner.Assisting with property appraisals and listing preparation alongside the lead agent.Attending photography, inspections, valuations, and auction days as part of the sales process.Managing buyer enquiries and qualifying prospective purchasers.

Requirements & Skills

Current Certificate of Registration (NSW), minimum requirement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, organised, and detail-focused approach to work.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Basic knowledge of real estate processes, or strong willingness to learn.Valid driver's licence and reliable car.Experience with Rex CRM is a plus, though full training will be provided.
